What is Design?
  • Not aesthetics.
  • Not a product.
  • Not an experience.
  • But a process with four components of
    1. Inquiring (Empathy - Understand & observe needs of customers)
    2. Integrating (Define and Ideate - Define the problem/challenge & brainstorm as many solutions as possible, with use of visualization)
    3. Inventing (Test, Prototype & Iterate - Select the best solution for rapid prototyping & testing. Gather feedback & repeat process.)
    4. Innovating (Implement - Consider implementation issues, such as cost required)
