What is Design?
Not aesthetics.
Not a product.
Not an experience.
But a process with four components of
Inquiring (Empathy - Understand & observe needs of customers)
Integrating (Define and Ideate - Define the problem/challenge & brainstorm as many solutions as possible, with use of visualization)
Inventing (Test, Prototype & Iterate - Select the best solution for rapid prototyping & testing. Gather feedback & repeat process.)
Innovating (Implement - Consider implementation issues, such as cost required)
